How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to support@team.ref-ul.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your registered email address

• Your full name as it appears on your account

• Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account data

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will:

• Remove your name, email address, and other personally identifiable information

• Anonymize your user profile by replacing personal details with generic identifiers

• Cancel any active subscriptions

What Data Is Retained

For analytics and service improvement purposes, we retain:

• Anonymized listening statistics and usage data (no longer tied to your personal identity)

• Basic account record with anonymized identifiers (e.g., "Deleted User 12345")

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully anonymized.
